We’re dedicated to whole body health and fitness, but our focus at Peach Lab is lower body. While peach sculpting is our raison d'être, we’ll be splitting days at the studio into cardio and strength days.

Plump!

Strength. Watch your peach grow in this unique class designed to strengthen and build your lower body using a variety of equipment. Our trainers will walk you through this intense, sculpting workout.

Peach Fundamentals

Basics. Thrust and squat yourself through this 30 minute basic movement class. Our training team will walk you through fundamental movements, machines, and more. You’ll learn all our peach-kicking moves, now to navigate the Smith machine, cable, stairmasters, and more to set yourself up for success.

Oh My Glutes!

Cardio & Strength. Our signature workout, this group & personal-station based session focuses on your lower body while getting your heart pumping & targeting your glutes! We’ll start in a group session and then spend the rest of the hour moving through stations with a combination of exercises that work the strength and cardio components of fitness. This class will have you busting a sweat and leaving saying “OMG!”

Lean Peach

Cardio. Lean Peach is a high-energy class designed to make you sweat and make your lower body burn. Utilizing smaller equipment and designed around ultimate cardio endurance, this class is meant to get your heart pumping.

Bunz & Gunz

Full Body. Our full body class. Buns & Guns is a 60-minute fully body strength and endurance class designed to get you a full body, heart-pumping, peach-kicking workout. Trust us, you'll be busting a sweat.
